Hello,
New to the forum, and like many on the forum I bowled when I was younger (teens to about 21), now 52. I started again about 6 months ago after a "family center" opened up close to my home. Pulled out the old Ebonite Maximus IV and joined a league. Talked with Wes Mallot at a different center and he set me up with a Joy Ride. Funny as I didn't know him from Adam, rather large human and a heck of nice guy by the way. I chunked it down the lanes (fairly dry I guess) and that sucker hooked like a boomerang. I guess I have a little rotation after throwing a marble down the lanes from my younger days.
Anyway, man have things changed since you had to score manually on the overheads with the grease pencil. I'm a just for fun bowler, but always looking for was to improve and I'm sure I'll learn a lot from the forum.
