I say more coaching, cosmic bowling can get ugly, and 2hd is style used to teach new bowlers and many bowlers bowl 2 handed.
A scoring app for your phone does not help coaching

What is the source of this information, besides you?
You're own visions of grandure and thinking every new bowler is going to be 2 handed is beyond idiocy!
I want you to show me all of the statistics and coaches who are teaching the new bowlers this style. Especially your style!
And many bowlers are not 2 handed! Many of the bowlers on this web site are not 2 handed!
As far as technology goes, the Kegel & USBC training centers are very much technologically advanced to assist bowlers.
Until you know what you're talking about, you might want to keep quiet. You're posts are no longer entertaining or even worth a laugh anymore!

that's how they make their money, you need to join a sanctioned league if you're looking for the true bowling experience.

CERTIFYING! Not sanctioning you are 10 years behind.
Technology is what took away all the manufacturing jobs it is called AUTOMATION.
Technology created the new bowling balls that ruin all the conditioner used today.
How does one teach, coach gutter lofting? Very few people have the physical fitness to do that.

The two aren't mutually exclusive. Technology allows for better coaching. Good coaching allows for better use of technology to improve your game.
I'm watching the US Open on Xtra Frame, right now. It doesn't look at all like a nightclub, to me.

but there the 99 best bowlers in the world, 49 million other bowlers bowl badly because they use unfitted house ball holes and/or do not know the 2hd

Who are you to say that a person that doesn't know how to bowl 2 handed is a bad bowler!? What makes you the supreme authority on this subject!?
And I do not use an unfitted house ball! I use fitted Brunswick equipment bought or traded through my PSO!
And if you are so darned good, why is it that we don't see you out there doing any kind of PBA events?
I haven't done any as of yet. But I promise you that I will be in a couple of events in 2017. I will be in the US Open Championships, the PBA50 Sands Regency West/Northwest Classic from March 31-April 3. And if things work out correctly I will be doing the USBC Senior Masters at Sam's Town here in Las Vegas in June.
What have you done or plan on doing besides throwing a bowling ball like a chest pass?
[/I]I'm praying that the moderators of this board see this utterly ridiculous nonsense you continue to spew!

technology is bad because form was better in the 80 with Earl anthony, WRW, Holman etc. My 2 handed chest pass bowled 203 as well

The main thing that cosmic bowling needs is a guy standing in the back telling everyone they're doing it wrong.

your 2 handed chest pass bowled 1 203....a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while. do you honestly believe you can be a consistent bowler in the 200's with that bs chest pass thrown 1/2 way down the lane? It's idiocy.

So you are truly this caustic of a person in real life that you don't have friends who can record it for you? Maybe you should take some of the advice from the people on this forum that you've pissed off so much. Maybe then you might be tolerable in real life too.

There are a few in each of the houses I bowl at. To be perfectly honest most of them are extremely strong house shot bowlers. I'm talking about regular 2 handed bowling not chest passing the ball.

Hands down, it's more coaching. This sport we so dearly love gets ridiculed about coaching. It's because anyone can bowl. Grab a house ball and a pair of shoes and throw the ball down the lane. Why do you need a coach?
It's simple: with ANY sport, the only way to get to the upper level is to be coached. Basketball, football, baseball....all have multiple coaches and no one blinks an eye. Most bowlers only have one coach, and the best have a coach and a ball rep to work with.
I missed 20 years of bowling due to life getting in the way. I've been back a couple years now, and I wouldn't know nearly as much as much as I do about the modern game and the equipment.

so you've been bowling for 7 years and you still havent learned that your "technique" doesnt work? You seriously need some...well a lot of coaching! and a change in mindset, actually use the information that these gracious guys have been giving you instead of being so insolent.

It's hard to focus on general when you are so completely oblivious to reality! You are a complete abomination to the sport, true 2 handed bowlers are great for the sport, but the crap you do is a complete affront to the game. We get so irritated with you because you chastise those who bowl for fun during cosmic bowling, when they're not there to bowl seriously. From day 1 that I joined this forum all you have done is make an *** out of yourself and **** people off. So again I suggest you start asking legitimate questions and maybe read and self reflect on the answers you are given!
