Hello from St Louis

Hello. I am not new to Bowling Boards, just been away for quite a while (4 years). My average has dropped about 20 pins in the last couple of years due to arthritis in my knees. Got some new meds from the Doc and my knees are feeling a bit better. Will see if I can pick my average back up a bit. Definitely need to do some work on my game (will be going to the Nationals early next year).

Looking forward to being an active member on BowlingBoards again.

Welcome back to the boards and yes I know exactly what you mean
about having arthritis in your knees as I have it in my knees also and
it is no fun for sure.
