111b. Reason
A league cannot adopt a rule that would have the effect of not permitting any pre-bowling/ postponements. The league must grant a pre-bowl/postponement when the team is unable to eld a legal lineup for the following reasons:
1. Some of its bowlers are participating in the USBC Championships, state or local association championship tournaments or attending an annual meeting.
2. There is sufficient cause.
3. An emergency situation.

111c. Request
Games must be bowled as scheduled, unless a request is made prior to the scheduled time, except for emergencies, and approval is granted.

111d. Granting
Pre-bowl/postponement requests are reviewed and decided by:
1. Adult leagues: A committee appointed for this purpose or the board of directors.

111f. Time Limit for Bowling
Pre-bowled/postponed games must be bowled as follows:
1. Prior to the date of scheduled competition for nal team standings for the season or each segment of a split season; or
2. Within seven days when the postponement is granted for the last day of a segment (split season leagues); or
3. Within seven days when the postponement is granted for the last day of the schedule.
The foregoing applies to teams bowling in direct opposition. A league may adopt different time frames for individual and/or team unopposed bowling.
The foregoing does not apply when a protest or appeal is pending nalization under Rule 119.

All probably redundant because A) I don't see any league that is going to honor your request and B) Cosmic Bowling is not a sanctioned league and your center probably won't turn on the Cosmic lights during any other time for your "pre-bowl"

Maybe you should post bowl just in case it doesn't snow. Like the guy who wanted to pre bowl because his wife told him she was going to get Pregnant next Friday and he wanted to be there.

If there is a blizzard the whole league will probably be canceled so wait until then.
