My PSO/Coach runs a Bowlers Mart and I have to go through him for everything.

I've used them, one of the guys I bowl with manages the local in house pro shop at that center. Prices are competitive and service is great, I can't speak for using the on-line services.

My PSO is a Brunswick Staffer, and the agreement I have with Brunswick has me going to him exclusively.
