Review:
The United Revolt features a new cover stock from Motiv. The High friction Pearl (HFP) cover is longer through the front than the Revolt Vengeance and is much more angular and continuous. Sometimes a new cover will dramatically change a ball from a previous release, but I find the United keeps much of the Vengeance characteristics. I did feel the Havoc was much different than any other Revolt due to the early rolling characteristics of the cover stock. The United Revolt to me is a Vengeance with enhancements. This is a great looking ball with a unique color combination that I love. I put white grips and thumb in this Lime/Grey ball and it is super cool! The United is very strong for a pearl, but can be used on a wide range of conditions. I have rolled it on medium- dry and medium-oily and had very good success. This ball is a great choice when the Ghost or Trident is too strong. The United Revolt is one of those balls you can trust to come back when throwing to the outside part of the lane. The new United Revolt box surface could not be better in my opinion for what I bowl on. That being said, I did put some Power Gel Gloss on the United for test purposes and was not disappointed. The United was a bit cleaner and even more angular with the Gloss. Every time I use Motiv Power Gel Gloss I am surprised by the additional snap. The surface is easy to tune and clean. I have always liked the Vanquish core and this is another great core and cover combination. The Vanquish core is strong in the mid lane and helps motion predictability. The pearl cover holds the core off just enough to produce angle creating strong hit with great carry and continuation. The United Revolt rolled well on any type of pattern I tested it on from an oily house shot to a flatter pattern. The United Revolt has definitely found a place in my arsenal!

Summary:
The United Revolt is a good fit for any style.
This ball is strong and angular and hits hard.
The surface is easy to clean and maintain.
The Pearl cover on the Vanquish core was a great idea.
