Rolled a 234, 300, and 300! NKC Pro Bowl, North Kansas City Mo.!! ( AMF) Seniors league.... been real close once before with a 780, but NOW... I feel
very comfortable dwelling here with the gods!! Lady that has worked in management for over 40 years, said she couldn't remember anyone rolling a 800 with two 300 in a row. :o If you know ICEMAN,,, I don't make things up.... Call the lanes to verify.... LOL.... Life is sweet. Hey Rob,,, That Deadly Aim is awesome, I had just refurbished it prior to the outing. What's
left in life???? All at the firm hard age of 68!! Been a while since I have been back to earth... to post each game can I post as a jpg?? Or, do I have look up how to convert to what ever it was.

Wow that's incredible Iceman!! Not many can say they've done that!

Good to see you posting and I'm surprised Aslan hasn't received an automatic alert on his phone that you are back.

thanks guys,,, yes at 68, and rolling two 300 in a row... I must admit, I still find it hard to believe! My wife used her phone to video the last throw of both 300's. I need to get back into the posting of video/pictures,,, not as simple as I remember! You just can't copying the file and posting it.... I will do that soon! 834,,,, CRAZY!! All 24 were pocket crushing hits, but you all know how, (((what looks like a perfect shot can leave a ringing ten pin, even a 7, or 7/10. My good friend Jason,( know as The Dude on here,) had an incredible series just a few weeks ago on the Big 22, 854,,,, all strikes but 3 as I remember! HEY,,,,he's 25,,,, I am real proud of my 20 pin lower series. Rob, what's the closest thing to that deadly Aim in your opinion? If it were possible I would purchase a couple more. As I remember its a reactive Hybird,,,, RG 2.49, and Diff 0.054. I haven't bowled with either one of my two Deadly Aims for over a year and a half,,, mainly because I have a problem buying NEW BALLS,,, monthly... LOL! As many of you may know I have professional quality spinner with the sink, and water sprayer, I had just resurfaced it and used the Storm Rough Scuff prior to rolling the series. LIFE IS SWEET, being a God, on bowlingboard.com, and throwing a godly score.... Can't wait to see what happens tonight on my Wednesday night league, I bowl with my wife, and oldest son.

Thanks Rob! Have you ever seen a 800 plus, where two 300's were thrown in a role, by a guy 68?? LOL LOL So glad you gave me that Deadly Aim Bud! Maybe it was that One Coaching lesson you gave me. As I remember you gave me, and Aslan a lesson! Aslan,,,,,, maybe I am a QUICK LEARNER,, LOL,,,, or maybe its my age, as I remember your in your early 60's. Sandy, one of the mangers has been at the 48 lane NKC PRO Bowel for almost 40 years, anyway she said to me and my wife that she has never seen at THAT lanes those lanes a 800 bowled with two 300 in a role. My wife is getting ready to retire this coming June from the Railroad! Whoopie! We are coming out to Vegas with our 5th wheel to take part in the Star Trek convention! (((((((Can't wait))))))) Doing the Roswell UFO thing just before that. I am thinking maybe another Rumble in Vegas,,, surly by now Aslan, with all his lessons, and coaching can beat me this time?????? LOL.... That was a blast last time!! Bikers against the Surfers, (and you Rob). Rob how has the Surfing lessons been coming along,,,, I hear Aslan is getting bowling lessons from you, in exchange for his guidance in riding the big radioactive waves on the west coast! Anyway, I do plan on looking you up when I get there if your game!

I've seen several 800+ series bowled by Super Seniors, some over 70. I've also seen a couple with back to back 300's, including one by Ron Mohr in league within the past year. What you should really be proud of is the 800 series, not the fact that you did it at age 68, though I must admit that it does give me hope as I will be turning 68 in a couple of weeks. I look forward to seeing you when you come out.

Rob, only a couple,,,,, gulp,,,,, does that mean,,,, DOES THAT MEAN I am not only a GOD, but that I reign with the Super Seniors!!! Yes that's what the manager said: Sandy mgr of AMF. It was the fact that I bowled two in a row. middle game and last, and you have only seen a couple in your days, says a lot to me! Rob, am I really special, ,,,, like my Mom has always said?? Rob how many 800's have you had? I have been close only a few times, but have had many 700's, now and then. My average this year at the present time on that seniors league is 210. On a Wednesday evening league it was, last week, 205. What seems to kill my average is the HOT and COLD spells. I guess that's the way it is for everyone, even us Gods! I will look you up FOR SURE my friend, might even give you a free: "How to bowl a 800 plus score lesson! NO CHARGE. It is the lest I can do for that ONE lesson you gave me, that put me on the right track to not only becoming a better bowler, but a Super Senior, and God! I thank you my friend!! ((((It's too bad about Aslan,,, maybe,,,, MAYBE its not you Rob,,,, he just might be special too, in other ways, not to include bowling. Rob, you can lead a horse to water........... you know what I am saying..... Anyway I am a Star Trek huge FAN, so my wonderful Wife and me will be bring our home away from home 5th wheel to your area. QUESTION: Is there room to park it in front
of you house close, or near a drainage ditch? I have a sh-t hose in my camper, that can reach out to 60 ft! thanks again bud!

Remember, I've only been bowling for 6 years... after I retired from the Iron Workers local #10 here in Kansas city. I traveled a lot putting up buildings, bridges, towers, you name it. I could never join a league because I was on the road a lot for various companies. So there is hope for all you elderly men and women. Remember I had to bad accidents while putting up the steel... broke my neck one fall, and my lower back on another... not to mention to all you seniors out there I was diagnosed with Lupus, and RA 12 years ago. I am still handling it all without ANY MEDICATIONS! NONE.... I work out, have a fantastic water purification system that does my whole house, we eat organic foods. I could go on about the many changes I have made including detoxing my Godly body of toxins, ( a requirement to mingle with the gods), but I don't have the time. I bowl tonight with my Wife, the woman I love, and my oldest son! YOU ARE WHAT YOU drink, eat, and breath Aslan!!! Time to go polish my balls!!!!

Lanes were half full, Monday, and no one else had even a 700 series... not sure but I think there were a few 600's two I know of... LOL,,,, I was in the zone, some might even call the Twilight Zone! "Imagine if you will, an old broken down beat up Iron Worker that had broken neck, and lower back, back in 1992. Imagine if you will this Iron Worker rolling a 834 on Monday the 13th of march, This can and did happen in the Twilight Zone!! LOL I am sure I will come down to earth, tonight. I know when Jason, The Dude had his 854 a few weeks ago,,,, the following week it was back in the 600's. The magic I had happens,,,, and when it does, its like nothing else except maybe when playing golf with the gods! Both feel heavenly!

I hope to re-learn how to post pic's on this site, will post the 3 games showing all the frames including the first game that ruined my 900, LOL.. 234.

Let's not get carried away. I'm glad I could help you with your bowling. To answer your question, No. Our community has strict CC&R's preventing anyone from camping anywhere in the area. You might check out the camper areas affiliated with Circus, Circus, and Sam's Town. BTW, Super Senior simply refers to a senior bowler who is over 59 years old...it is not a statement of quality or ability. LOL

Glad to see you back Iceman I thought you might have got too close to
the heat and melted away or something. LOL!!!!!

Yeah Rob is right super senior is just a title in the bowling world when
you hit 59 or 60. I've been a super senior for 6 years now and I guess
all of us old bowlers are just like a fine wine we get better with age.

Look and weep Aslan! It might be getting time to teach you another lesson in regards to respect for your elder superiors! Maybe this coming summer we will have another RUMBLE in Vegas! I am going to the Star Trek big event coming up in August. You would fit right in with all the other Trekes! You won't even have to wear a costume, or mask! You might wear a badge on your left lapel stating of this planet, just so some alien chick doesn't get all worked up. O,,, wow,, thought just came to me, maybe the perfect date for you just might be some blind, can't bowl, one legged, deaf, fer-ring-IE chick! That way she would not have to watch you attempt bowling, hear you whine, that high pitched, plaintive distressed cry, when you fail again to beat (this Old Man). Rob is letting me park my RV outside his place,,, even offered to let me use his electricity, and local curb-side sewer! I will be there, are you up to another failed challenge.

I only had that ONE LESSON form Rob,,, I even remember falling down in awe to just how profound that lesson was! You probably remember,, when I came to after that out of body experience, I knew then that This 834 was going to happen! I know, (from reading many of your worthless posts), even will all your coaches, something is seriously lacking in your attempts to learn to bowl..... I feel sorry for the coaches,,, THEY can't work miracles! IT would be like an artist without his paint. ONE lesson from the amazing Rob,,, and LOOK at what he created. I went back and counted how many lessons you have had, and my first impression was,,, "Wow,,, this guy should be on the Pro tour! Knowledge is one thing, but raw talent is another, I rest my case. I want you to THINK about another rumble! Any format you want!!! I can get a pass form the retirement home for that week I am sure!

Look and weep Aslan! It might be getting time to teach you another lesson in regards to respect for your elder superiors! Maybe this coming summer we will have another RUMBLE in Vegas!
The real question is....if Iceman can bowl an 800+....how BAD are Ron and Joyce (see picture)!?

I'm actually moving back to the Midwest. Probably the Des Moines area...but who knows...maybe the Kansas City area...take advantage of the apparently easy lane conditions. If Iceman can bowl an 800 series...I should probably be the first person in bowling history to bowl 3 900 series!!

I am going to the Star Trek big event coming up in August. You would fit right in with all the other Trekes! You won't even have to wear a costume, or mask! You might wear a badge on your left lapel stating of this planet, just so some alien chick doesn't get all worked up. If a Ferngie chick is deaf...is she also baron? <----that's a really dorky Star Trek joke that requires knowledge of Fernengie anatomy. Feel free (Ice) to use it at the convention...I'm sure it'll be quite the conversation piece.

Rob is letting me park my RV outside his place,,, even offered to let me use his electricity, and local curb-side sewer! I will be there, are you up to another failed challenge.
Well, that's very "cousin Eddie" sounding.
RobM hasn't really replied much to my ramblings as of late...after his lengthy battle with MWhite...he may have wrote off all people residing in California...hard to say. You older folks have that tendency to get easily offended and disappear for 1-2 years.

I only had that ONE LESSON form Rob,,, I even remember falling down
That was my favorite part! It wasn't as funny as when MWhite did it at the 2nd Annual AVZBHMSCI...but that's only because your bones are more fragile and initially there was some degree of concern. Funny how RobM's instructions were just to "walk forward"...yet somehow, that was incredibly difficult. But...you survived...you made it...and here you are!! Well done!

in awe to just how profound that lesson was! You probably remember,, when I came to after that out of body experience, I knew then that This 834 was going to happen!
You also predicted Aliens would come to Earth and open an intergalactic WalMart...but who's keeping track?

I know, (from reading many of your worthless posts), even will all your coaches, something is seriously lacking in your attempts to learn to bowl..... I feel sorry for the coaches,,, THEY can't work miracles! IT would be like an artist without his paint.
I keep telling them that same thing...but they keep taking my money anyway. God love em and their eternal optimism.

ONE lesson from the amazing Rob,,, and LOOK at what he created.
A sprained ankle and a nearly cracked hip???

I went back and counted how many lessons you have had, and my first impression was,,, "Wow,,, this guy should be on the Pro tour! Knowledge is one thing, but raw talent is another, I rest my case. I want you to THINK about another rumble! Any format you want!!! I can get a pass form the retirement home for that week I am sure!
I agree...you have definitely don't have pro tour knowledge...so it MUST be natural ability!
Soon...soon it'll be time for the Aslan vs. Iceman Invitational (2nd triennial?)...I'll try to put up more of a fight this time. Rob M, as previous Champion, would get an automatic invitation. We just have to fill out those last two spots with worthy adversaries and try to find a convenient, fair location. I suggest, the National Bowling Stadium in Reno Nevada...that takes RobM's Vegas advantage off the table and is truly the only venue worthy of such a prestigious event. But...given my current job/moving situation...we'll have to put it on hold temporarily.

I don't really have a "stance", per se. I just don't understand the point of surfaced bowling balls on a THS. It's been years since I bowled on a pattern where my polished pearls didn't burn out rather quickly. I tried throwing a solid with a polished 3000 surface on it...Tuesday...and it started rolling out midway down the lane. I'm dreading moving to the Midwest and bowling on beat up, old, wood lanes. I might as well just loft it like a horseshoe...hope for the best. Maybe I'll get some use out of the 300A finally.

Granted. I'm still working on my "inside game"...so hopefully I figure things out eventually. : )

I'm new here, and to bowling in general, so I'm not sure what most of this means yet..... but congrats! all you really need to know about this right here is that Iceman aka Michael is a old welder from the middle of the country. He used to be on the Boards everyday he's kinda crazy from all the fumes of his trade but he's a good guy, Aslan is a younger guy from out west I don't know about his work life but he is also not a bad guy. Aslan and Iceman are kinda Ken and Ryu from street fighter....... or maybe more Dan hibiki and Heihachi Mishima lol. Friends or enemys? who knows? Mostly just take Jabs at each other. Sometimes it's funny and sometimes it's annoying and sad.

I would add that ASLAN is also crazy from fumes, mostly from the bong I would assume, I think Ice has also suggested falling and hitting his head as another source causing the demented ramblings. Annoying, sad (and occasionally mildly entertaining) is a good description. Lets just hope the aimless rambling and massive quantities of foolish gibberish they might compile doesn't crash the server.....

And, you also need to know that Jaescrub refuses to change his profile picture despite it looking like him holding a giant dildo.

Also: There's no way that should get censored given that it's not a "bad word" and I'm not attempting to insult anyone and it's not my fault that the photo was taken in 1976 with some old Minolta camera.

And, where did Iceman go? The dude disappears for 3 years then pops in to do a #icemanbrag, then disappears? You KNOW he ain't busy. He's been retired since I've been out of college. I wasn't THAT harsh in my posts was I? I even restrained myself from talking about his "magical elixers" that seemed to upset him 3 years ago.

But yeah...Iceman and I initially started out as "forumenemies". I was a bull in the china shop early on and Ice was already the bull that had taken up residence in said china shop...but over time we came to enjoy our verbal "sparring". Eventually, it led to one of the greatest bowling events of ALL TIME: The "Aslan vs. Iceman Invitational" (see below)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SExnVPJwpg&t=3s
Iceman and I became more "friendly" after meeting...as did I and RobM after we met up in Vegas earlier in the year...but at some point Iceman tried to put together a follow-up event in some barn somewhere...and got mad when nobody was really interested. I was actually interested...I just logistically couldn't make the trip. Vegas is an easy/cheap meet-up place...MWhite and I were only 4 hours away by car and RobM lives there...and it's always easy to catch another couple bowlers from that area or who are visiting. Staging an event in Johannesburg, Missouri...not as easy.

Some members found my and Ice's sparring entertaining...Bowl1820 probably found it "challenging" to keep order...and many of the more easily offended, older members found the debates to be useless, non-productive, and insulting to their delicate natures. So, it was a mixed bag. Ice left...I had money on alien abduction...and I have focused more effort on actually bowling versus talking endlessly about bowling...which has opened the door for some other members to sort of take the torch and guide the conversations rather than have folks like Ice and I dominate the forum.

And...I'm not "young". I'm 42 and feel quite old. I am a safety professional by trade...but am currently unemployed/temporarily retired and am working on some other projects such as stand-up comedy and writing (TV show, books, etc...).

I think I answered all the questions.

I'm glad to hear it was you that drove him away and not my comments about being from Po-dunk and bowling on the lanes made of old barn wood, come to think of it he probably got the lane guy to route a path to the pocket on his special lane when he shot the two 300's. He did get mighty upset when people disputed his claims that drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with fresh vegetable juice and donkey **** from an animal named Lucky would cure all ailments (or something like that), I think he also cleaned his ball with the same stuff.

New to bowling, I will do better then that,,, Monday they, AMF Pro Bowel gave me a Plaque with my name, and the scores... what a nice surprise! They did it before the seniors league, over the loud speakers... Said that it had not been done in the history of the lanes, according to Sandy, manager bowler that has worked there since the 60s! There had be some double 300's, a first game, last game, but no 24 strikes in a row! Will post the picture of the plaque.... when I get the time. Call AMF NKC Bowling lanes in North Kansas City to verify! LOL... Its hard for me to believe, but it happen!

In reality I am pretty good at spare shooting! That spare I missed was nothing more then a senior moment! Little did I know what was to follow, and that the 834, could have been huge,,, had the fist game been better. Rob,,, you were there,,, did I collapse and buckle under! You should give a WARNING with your lessons that it might cause momentary out of body experiences. Look where it got me today!

How can it open up a whole new world of bowling for me, and yet....... Anyway we will be cruising through Vegas this summer for the full Star Trek experience, then the MUFON convention! Aslan do you want a rematch....... you Young, Coached man, against ME ICEMAN! Do you think you can beat me this time, and what format would you like to bowel! Rob, I want to bring the crown back to Kansas City this time! The Royals are not playing well, and to be honest Kansas City needs a Winner in the news! Not sure if I am going to ride the bike, or maybe this time bring my 5th wheel so that I can have more then just two balls!!! I will tell you this,,, ICEMAN is "READY TO RUMBLE! My wife will be retiring this June 1st. so we can roam at will as much, and anywhere we want! Will let you know what weeks we will be there to have some fun, and bowel with you, and Aslan! Already working on the rematch in another thread. Unfortunately, I will not be on the West Coast in August and it'll be difficult (although not impossible) for me to make a special trip to Vegas in August. Traveling via air, with an arsenal of bowling balls, is difficult. And, if I finally get a "day job" in July...gonna be hard to take a vacation in August unless I pre-negotiate it.

with the EVEN NEWER and more improved
Iceman!
Well...I don't know about "newer"...

I swear that one lesson Rob gave me was like the heavens opening up, and bowling knowledge flooding my brain, and nervous system! I am not sure but I think I even passed out!
Rob,,, you were there,,, did I collapse and buckle under! You should give a WARNING with your lessons that it might cause momentary out of body experiences.
Rob definitely should have made you sign a waiver. Old people tend to have low blood pressure and their bones break easily.

Aslan,,, how many lessons have you had since we last had our shoot out? How much money have you spent on some of the finest coaches on the West Coast? Since August 2014? Rough estimate...$2500, thereabouts.

What's the problem Rob,,, ???
How can it open up a whole new world of bowling for me, and yet.......
I SERIOUSLY doubt Rob is gonna answer that question. Iceman is essentially asking a silver level USBC coach (I think silver level)...why coaching is so useless. Not to mention, we've already had this arguement/discussion multiple times...and Rob and I have always been agreement that gaining knowledge and improving techniques via coaching is absolutely beneficial to bowlers of almost all skill levels.

Last time we faced off...I believe I finished 5th and YOU finished 4th. Maybe Rob's one lesson has helped bring your game to the next level...or maybe it was the bump on the head when you fell down...either way, I look forward to a rematch.

Last we faced off...you were a 181 average bowler and I was a 166 average bowler. Not sure what your average was last year...because you seemed to take a 'break' from sanctioned play for a couple years. I've managed to increase my average to around 185 (with my $2500 worth of lessons). And while the "Man of Ice" clings to his 300 games and 800 series...he averages in the 180s at a center that is one of the easiest 5 centers in Missouri where the average bowler averages about 189. Meanwhile, I average about 185 in centers where the average bowler averages in the mid 160s. How many people have rolled 300 games and 800 series at AMF Pro Bowl this year? 20? 30? 40? A couple rolled perfect games at Concourse last season...I think one guy rolled a 300 at Linbrook last season.

I can't WAIT to move to the Midwest. If Iceman gets a fancy plaque on the wall...they might rename the entire center after ME!

I am proud of my starting series on this summer league at Gladstone Bowel. Like I mentioned haven't bowled there in a while... they changed the oil that they were using, ( I think it was Corn Oil), and scores are going up! Have a 225 at the current time.

I don't have to run around the alley,,, people are coming to me seeking out my advise, and giving me money, just to have their picture taken with me! Its Cool being a Bowling God, and doing that Godly feat!

Think about it,,, check out NKC AMF PRO Bowel,,, 48 lanes,,, biggest bowling establishment in the Kansas city area. NEVER on record according to SANDY, a manager and competitive bowler from back in the 60's, has anyone did 24 strikes in a role, at this establishment in a league! Well my partner and me are truly kicking some ask on the AMF Big 22! Its the league that has a big pot, winners last year got 4000.00 each, (teams of two bowlers). AJ, and Iceman have an 11 game lead at our AMF with very little handicap. This last Saturday we won all four, against the Winners of last years 4000.00 Jason, and Bruce! Now this is the best part, I beat them without my partner, who did not pre bowel, which cost a minus -10 pins of his average on the blind. WON ALL FOUR by myself! ICEMAN! I have been bowling RED HOT, (not good for ICEMAN), for several weeks now at two different houses. If you were to call Gladstone Bowl, in Gladstone Missouri, they would verify that I am carrying a 225 at the present time. and on the Big 22 mentioned above Its a 207, but going up. Its like something inside me has come to life again, Born Again. It was some tough oil I must say, when I beat Jason and Bruce with the 10 point decuction last week, Jason with a 220 average and Bruce with a 215 average both bowled poorly,,,, Scores
1. Burce 571
2. Jason 599

3. Iceamn 646
4. AJ 191 blind,, x 3 minus 10

Bruce and Jason didn't get any handicap, I did get 27 for our team. Won all 4 on the HUGE money league! Only 5 weeks to go with an 11 game lead.

All this with just ONE GOOD LESSON from Rob! I guess I am a QUICK learner Aslan???? What else could it be???? (:)

No offense intended but it looks like you benefitted as much from your opponents both having bad a bad series on the same night as from bowling well. Had they bowled their averages you would have lost at least one game and wood.

Still 646 is a nice series. Keep on bowling well!

MICHAEL

Yes Mr Anderson,,, ( you ever watched the Matrix LOL, mr Anderson ) Great movie, I believe they made 3 of them! I some times think we all might just be a computer program, like in
the movie! Very interesting watch, makes you maybe question "What is Reality!"

In regards to them having a bad day, the Oil was tough for me too! I had to find a different First shot area to make my ball work! I usually use the 10 arrow, (sorry Rob), but I moved way left, and found a great shot between 3 arrow and 4! That adjustment was working pretty good, thus the 646. this all took place the Saturday before this last Saturday. We won all 4.

This last Saturday, April the 29, we won all four with my partner present... had a 247, 206, 234, for a 687,,, AJ partner had 219, 191, and 243 for a 653. I am pretty excited with our chances this year! AJ is a high 190's bowler who can on a give day do REAL WELL. Had his first 700 series a few weeks back. The oil/lanes, were much better for Jason and his partner Bruce, (who are in second place at this time), Their scores, Jason, (the dude), 689, Bruce 657! I did get beat by Jason, but only by 2 pins,,, GRRRRRRR %#$%@~!!! But I did get him the week before when I had the 646, to their Jason 599, and Bruce's 571, on the tough oil/lanes. It could be sometimes the Lane differences, not just the oil! One of the reasons I love bowling is that very difference, and the challenge! Tough Lanes are welcomed by ICEMAN, they are nothing but opportunities to explore different ways to conquer them!

We now have an 11 game lead, at our AMF, in THE BIG 22!

Yes my wife and I did eventually watch The Matrix. For some reason people are more likely to address me as Mr. Anderson than to call me Neo.

I have never figured out how to play the 10 arrow, mainly because we only get seven arrows here in CT. Maybe I need to move to the Show Me state.

I can play all the way left to board 39 to the left of the 7th arrow throwing right handed but
dang I don't think even I could hit the 10th arrow. LOL!!!!!

I do believe what the iceman was meaning to say was he usually plays the 10th board. ;)

Wider lanes out there maybe. Ten boards of area to play with and they all have arrows on them.:)

Even if you factor in that he had the bumpers up...and each of them is an arrow...that's still only 9 arrows.

well the winter leagues have all ended, and Iceman was only on 3 leagues, The Seniors mixer, a wendsday night league with my son Ice-son, and the Big 22 that has two weeks to go! We won the seniors league on Monday's at 1pm. That was a 3 person league that I bowled with my wife. She also won high sctatch for the women, with a 234. That's the league where I had the 834, (234, 300, 300). The wendsday night Bankers league, we won. That also included my wife, Son, and two of my friends. Now, as of last Saturday we won the Big 22 house league, which gives 100 bucks each to the winners. AW, and Ice. We won with two weeks to go because we won all 4 games against last years grand campions! That being The Dude, or as known on here as Jason. His team mate was a good bowler named Bruce. REMEMBER: the last time I bowl last years grand champions was without my partner, that did not pre bowl, and was out of town at his sisters wedding. So ICEMAN had to take 10 pins off of the average of my partner for EACH GAME. ICEMAN still waxed them even with the points off of AW's average. So in reality we have beat them 8 in a role! WHOOOPIE.....

At the end of this league, which is in two weeks, we will be going to College Lanes where all 5 of the AMF's winners, will go for the big cash prize of 4000.00 to each winner. Its good prize money even down to 10th place,,, but pays all the way, (I believe to 15th) place.

Iceman and AW, can do it this year.... My average is going up,,,, on all my leagues now that my shoulder cancer has healed and the open score that I battled all last year has closed. It was the size of a softball cut in half! Would post the picture, but it would gross many of you out how huge the opening was, and it could not be sewed up, but had to heal on its own!

I doing fine now, biking, lifting weights, eating organic stuff, along with a host of great healing foods and supplements.

You are what you EAT Bowlers,,, that's why I EAT NOTING but ICE!!

If you bowl a 835,,,,,,, Ice will send you 5000.00 Big Bucks! That's a promise! That's how sure I am of your chances! But Dream Pizza boy,,,, DREAM BIG!!! When you do it, do it the ICEMAN way: twenty four strikes in a role.... whooopie.... I still can't believe it really happened so soon after my shoulder healed!! I think I am going into another dimension now in regards to bowling, and scores, all at the age of 68!! I think its a real possibility that I could wind up with a 220 average on the summer league at Gladstone. I bowl tomorrow, and it did drop from a 225.3 to a 217.... but my Ice Cold Heart tells me I am going to reach that pentacle this summer! Iowa is not that far away,,, maybe a you come to my wood lanes, and I drive up to your corn field lanes to bowl you in a winner take all
tournament! Maybe I bring a couple friends, and we have a little 3 on 3 tournament for a huge prize of some kind. I would probably bring The Dude, and the Terminator with me!

Iceman does it for not only his lovely wife, but for God, and Bowling Board . com!!!!

I was so HOT that day, that I had to run off to the Freezer, after bowling my second consecutive 300. Iceman was hot,,,, not good!! It was lonely in the meat locker, but the Glory was well worth the heat generated from the scores!

Did it again the last day of our Big 22 league. It doesn't count since AJ and Iceman won the local Big 22 last week! It was a scratch 3 games for fun, I had a 734. series. AJ had a good 6 series. We are now on to the BIG MONEY that pays 4000, each for first place and good prize money on down from Frist. Would have had a better series, but did not bring my spare ball with me, and its one of my most important balls next to the Deadly Aim. Funny thing, I am leaving on vacation the same day of the tournament where all the local winners at each AMF along with about half the other bowlers will compete for the BIG BUCKS!!! How sweet would it be to leave home with an extra 4000.00 in our pockets.... WhOOOOPIE.... Like I have always said Dream Big!!

On a side not one of the Hot shot bowler on the league, Bruce, wanted to know if I wanted to bowl him for 20 bucks, (his average is right at 220), I said ICEMAN really didn't want to take advantage of his youth, being 40 years old, but I did accept! LOL...LOL... I then rolled the 300 above!!! Its was sooooooo Cool,,,, and you all know that ICEMAN likes Cool!! So the 68 year old man of Iron kicked his rear-end.... LOL What a great day it was!!

Now on to the finals the 25th of this month... two weeks to tweak my balls for the new lanes.

MICHAEL
06-12-2017, 01:50 PM
No,,, lol,,,, J,,,,, I guess the moral of the story is: "NEVER BET ICEMAN money, that you can beat him!"

Funny the guy that got cocky with Iceman is a dealer on a gambling boat here in Kansas City. He should have known BETTER! ICEMAN is a new and even more improved model now that his health issues have been taken care of! More speed, more revs, and more total destruction of the pins.

That's 3, 300's in the last 3 months.... lol... lots of 3's!

I haven't heard form Rob???? I have unfinished business with him!

I want to bowl him on 3 different lanes what ever tournament style format he picks. I know I beat Aslan, the leader of the surfers that year, even in my weaken condition, and after 1500 miles on my bike pulling my trailer, with my wife on the back. Rob????? Do you accept my challenge..... Coach against, (one lesson) Iceman? Rare talent against your Godzilla knowledge!

What will the stakes be also...... but be careful,,,, don't bet something you can't afford to lose.... ICEMAN

Me and Iceman need to settle this.

IDEALLY...our two teams will meet at the USBC Open someday.

The other option is the PBA50 tour...but by the time I'm in the running for PBA50 rookie of the year...Iceman will over 75...so that probably won't work. :(

Most likely...we'll have to find a sport shot tournament or something here in the Midwest...outside of my area and outside of Iceman's area.

But congrats on the 300 Mr. Ice!

MICHAEL
06-12-2017, 09:28 PM
thanks Aslan about the 300 last Saturday! What was great was that the guy that I beat, didn't think I could beat him, thus the bet! ((AND THEN A FRICKEN 300 game)) Not to worry about ICEMAN age,,,, (being Ice, I am WELL preserved!) I age much slower then real people, depending on what set my thermostat while regenerating!

Why shot on a Sports shot, when you don't have the house shot down yet?!!

OOOOO,,,, I think I know why!

You think that since we don't have sports shots here in Kansas city, you might have a even shot at beating ICEMAN! LOL..... I did do a sports shot thing with Jason one summer about 3 years ago in Liberty Missouri, Retro Bowl. It was a different sports pattern each week, and ended with "The US Open layout".

It was fun, and very interesting! I did alright,,, lots of adjustments, so did Jason! Sports patters are fun and a challenge, but before you decide to take them on you might just try to master the house shot. (JUST SAYING,,,,! It like a judo student that is a yellow belt and not doing well at all, wanting to move up to a brown belt, before he has mastered the basics' of all the belts between, grasshopper)

ICEMAN has NO FEAR, I was an Iron Worker for almost 30 years, and believe me working up high in the sky was my passion, and true love! I really think its one of the main things that has given me the ability to throw so many good games right off the start 6 years ago when I started bowling. I had a 298 with the trophy to prove it on my mantle my first year bowling!

Let me know when your READY to RUMBLE bud! ICE can pack his bag load up the trailer, and bike-it-on-out where you deem favorable to YOU!

I would like to take you on at Plattsburg Missouri, on the REAL WOOD! Good lanes, but tough! My high game there the two winters I bowled was only a 279! Remember there has NEVER been a 300 game during league there! Plattsburg is a small town with LOTS of beautiful women, that are lonely! The ratio of women to men is 5 to 1. Most are corn fed, and look like the picture below.

http://i1243.photobucket.com/albums/gg546/imagine686868/farm%20girl%20score%20keeper_zpsfohyyv6y.jpg (http://s1243.photobucket.com/user/imagine686868/media/farm%20girl%20score%20keeper_zpsfohyyv6y.jpg.html)

Just a thought, knowing it just might help your game to get ...........a,,,,, in a relationship with a hot bowling chick. Yes, the hang out in Plattsburg on Friday and Saturday night is the 6 wood lanes of Plattsburg!

Maybe you could be the First, with all them fancy lessons from the Pro's to roll a 300 game, and find the love of your life all in one wood alley!

This was the final day of our Big 22, bowling. Notice the first game...LOL... It's the game that one of the better bowlers, who won the Big 22 two years ago bet me that he could bet Iceman the first game.
Bruce lost that bet, and I got the Money!
Bruce and Jason both said that they hope they didn't bowl AJ, and Iceman, the first round of the Big 22, a week from Sunday at College Lanes,,,,,LOL We beat them bad the last 3 times we bowled, 10 out of 12 games.

We just seem to have their card! The Big 22 will be on yet another set of lanes Iceman will welcome the challenge! Big prize money for an AMF tournament.... pays great 4000.00 each for first,,,, 3000.00 second,,, then pretty good down to 10th place.

Well,,, last day leading up to the Big 22 for the Big Money. This last Wendsday lague at Gladstone, I am carrying a 211, at this point. Why,,,, you ask after the 300 I did two weeks ago on a bet, by Bruce that he could beat ICEMAN!

I bowl wendsdays at Gladstone bowl, a different house that is much tougher, No 300's there yet, but been very close!

First Game 276
Second Game 277
third GAME 161...... gRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Was hoping and thinking that another 800series in less then two months.....

WHERE IN THE HELL did that 161 come from,,,, the ball was moving so nice through the first two games, didn't even have to more but two boards....

wound up with a sad 714, not a 800! ICEMAN swears to you, that he will roll a 300 on yet another set of lanes in the near future.

Anyway its now on the finals at College Lanes to claim the 4000.00 first place money that AJ, will win also. That's 8000.00 for first place, 6000.00 for second..... Sunday at 9am! The same day that my wife and ICE start our
vacation.

The AMF Big 22 where all the local AMF's send their winners to do battle is this Coming Sunday at 10 am! It will be interesting to see how well I do in that environment. If I do well, I might consider it!

I am leaving for Roswell New Mexico and the UFO thing that same day, with my bowling balls loaded in the 5th wheel! Then either Vegas, or the Ocean. Haven't made up our minds yet.
