Has anyone on here experienced a loose feeling tendon or joint that moves? Location is on the inside of my bowling hand thumb, it sometimes distracts me from form and good shots and has also caused loss of feeling in said thumb. Just wondering what people have seen/heard out there.

Back when I was bowling 7 nights a week I went thru something like
that with my thumb getting numb had my span changed a little and
bam no more problems with it.

The pitch was wrong on my thumb it didn't feel all that bad but it was
causing me the problem but no more problems after the fix.

Found out from my PSO that there are a small group of people that are affected by this same issue. He says there is a nerve that runs through the thumb that some have surgery to move because of the discomfort or issues that affect their ability to bowl.

I have same issue, I fortunately have a great PSO and we managed to get an IT oval shaped with just the right bevel to alleviate most of the issue, I also have it drilled loose and use tape on my thumb and a wrap around the base of my thumb
which has almost alleviated the issue all together. It was frustrating with the pain and numbness after every bowling session
