My Monday Night League generally starts the Monday after Labor Day. But with Christmas And New Year's being on Mondays this year, we are starting a week earlier. Is anyone else's League stating earlier this year?

We start early when Christmas and New Year fall on bowling night. For some dumb reason many league bowlers have a lame excuse that they want to get out and play golf in April and not May. Well we bowl at 8 o'clock on Friday night. Not much golfing then. I would guess that it will be much more golf weather in August than April. Majority rules though.
