We need some better videos. You need to take the video directly behind you focused on your bowling shoulder. Also a side video a few lanes over from the left so we can see your whole approach.
Now from what I could see, at your release you are coming around the ball. You need to focus on staying behind the ball and learn how to roll it. As RobLV keeps saying, the balls have built in hook. Here are some videos from Belmo teaching the 2 handed style.

So, from your videos, the big thing I can see is you have no balance. Too much body lean, which causes you to fall off the shot, have zero power, and spin the ball. You're also pushing the ball away from you during the downswing, which is causing all of this to happen. You have decent tempo and timing, but the balance will help. The videos that JasonNJ posted will help you out. Honestly, don't expect it to be an overnight process. I've bowled with 2-hands my entire life and still discover new tactics almost every session, whether it be off hand position, a change in tempo, etc. Keep working, study the game, and practice practice practice.
