Well here a while back leaguesecretary.com (which many leagues use to post standings) updated their site and added in some new features. One of which is the Bowler Ranking and Virtual Awards System

So I was wondering if anyone else noticed and what you ranked and what virtual awards you may have got so far.

My Rankings at the moment are:

The site is basically free, you can see your league standings and other info without registering.

if you register, you can access more free content like the ranking stuff etc.

You only have to pay if want the premium content, which most don't bother with.

The only caveat is that the league you are in must be uploading their recap sheets to LeagueSecretary.com. Not all leagues upload here.

Crap. Ours isn't in there. I did see one of our league bowlers in there from a different league though. Pretty cool site.

It has a lot to do with bowlers who are up and down. Shoot great one week then have 4 bad ones then hot again. One guy on my league is

had 1250 points
Like I said up and down. Low average will get you points when you are hot.
It is still interesting.

I really don't think too much of these award points.
Here are mine from from a current fall league. I also bowled in a summer and winter league that has some awards included in totals.
I started the summer with a 155 average, and now average ~180. Slow and steady improvements score award points.
