I was offered and accepted a staff position for Brunswick for the upcoming 18/19 season. I’m very excited to see what this change brings.

It will vary company to company and person to person. A lot is how well you can promote any particular company as you’re essentially the face of the company to the local guys. Be as active as you can in the bowling community and social media. Your tour pros, and I’d assume your very high level amateur guys will get “scouted” of sorts. Others can apply to various companies.
