Well went in to talk to my PSO about resurfacing my ball and ended up buying a Kingpin. He bought it for himself but never drilled it so I got a decent discount. We will see how it works next week.

Liking this Kingpin. My average before tonight was 168. Tonight I averaged 195 with this ball and that was with 5 splits and a few other opens. Has a smoother hook than my Black Widow Gold but it heads right to the pocket if I'm near my mark. Pin action was great. If it was in the pocket they dropped hard. Oddly I left a couple of 8 pins which I never do. That tells me I was a little high or the ball drove too hard into the pins on those shots but even with my other ball I don't see that as often. 12 times I have left the 8 pin since January and 2 of those were tonight.
Just wonder what this ball will do in the fall league when the oil is lighter! Already hooks pretty hard with heavy oil. One of the better bowlers there told me tonight I will probably have to play more near the 3rd arrow with that ball in the fall league to be in the heavy oil.
