Since I've been having problems with tendonitis, I picked up a Moro Pro Release wrist brace using some of my father's day gift card. I tried it for a half game of practice to see how it feels. :) The first ball I chucked into the gutter. The next few frames brought me back to the days when I could just chuck the ball right, and have it come back. This is going to be an adjustment.

If you can throw around 16 mph like your sig says, you should have no problem. I'm around 13 mph, and used a "hook maker" for a while, but I'm giving it up for the classic wrist brace. I don't need my fingers supported also. That's what gives extra lift, with the fingers supported.
