Local house shot has changed to this.

I am no expert at reading oil patterns, but, to me it looks like it will be a straighter shot to start. Down and in and bump off the "cliff" of oil inside of about 8 board. Would start with 8 board as start for break point and continue moving in as a track develops.

That should be pretty close.

Ultimately it's still just a THS walled up around the 10 board, a lot of oil in the middle and drier outside. Without the old pattern to compare too, can't really say what you might see as to what your ball reaction differences might be.

Looking at the pattern graph the breakpoint will be somewhere around 8-9 board, if it's longer than before I might would go with a little bit more surface.

That looks like what my house did. Apparently, colder weather means “dump oil everywhere”

I believe I would start out playing straight up board 7 or 8 until it opened up
a bit and then chase it in as needed maybe start off with a little surface on the
ball.

I play the oil line down and in on a shot like that with a dull solid reactive, then move in a little when needed bouncing off the dry.
