It was a 188. It was during a practice session with a friend. Because of lower body issues I don't do a normal approach. I walk to the foul line and get positioned and swing three times and let it go. I tweaked my set up and found I had a more consistent ball reaction. Before the good game I had a 111, 112 and a 131. My average so far was a 130. Before body issues I used to have an average of 176 to 188. The way I bowl now is kind of tricky for picking up spares. In the 188 game I started the first frame with an open and after that I had 5 spares and 4 strikes. Now that I fixed my setup I should be able to bowl better games and have less open frames.
