So, last night was our roll off. Top 4 teams made it into the Roll off. We do thirds, so the three winners and the team with the most points. We didn't win a third, but we were second in two of them, so we got in without the most points & also without winning a third(same team won two).

We wound up winning it. I bowled a 246, 244, 203. Now, the 203 sucked because I missed a 700, but you can't do much about 2 pocket splits(my only two opens all night). I'm a 212 average, and the anchor for my team. It just felt real nice winning it. This is a real competitive league with some damn good bowlers, the league average is in the mid-190's.

Awesome. Hope we can have the same results. We won the first 1/2 in our division so were locked into the rolloffs already. We finished 4th in our division this 1/2. Divisional position rounds are next week then rolloffs the following week.

Just checked and our league average is 191.84. I have some work to do to get to that...lol

My Thursday team went from last place for the first half to first place this half with a substantial lead and only one week left of the season. The first half winner is currently in last place with no chance of finishing higher.

Thanks guys. We have just been struggling compared to the first 1/2. The first 1/2 we would have 1 guy bowl bad and 2 or 3 bowl above average but this 1/2 seems 2 bowl bad, 1 or 2 good and the others average. Even worse our opponents seem to have their best night against us. We bowl a game 50 over our average and they bowl 100 over theirs. Just been getting killed by other teams breaking out against us.

Well bowled the 3rd place team tonight (we were in 4th). We were 1 game behind 3rd and 4 behind 2nd. We needed 1st to beat 2nd at least 1 game and we win all 3. Well we won all 3 but the 2nd place team won all 3 also but we did move up to 3rd for prize money and got 1st in the 1st 1/2. Next week is rolloffs. I struggled the first 2 games. Hit the pocket all night but couldn't strike. I tried moving around, changing balls, speed up, slow down, pinky rucked/untucked. Nothing worked. 3rd game I finally started getting the carries. At least I covered most spares. 174, 166, 224 tonight
