Okay proud of this spare (3game 9th frame), Picked up the 6-7-9-10 split! ball hit the 6-10, the 6 hit the 9 shot right over and took out the 7.

Not a bad Pyramid ball night tonight, Used the Curse and Force pearl for a 601 series with only two opens. Plus I won two card games, with 5 queens for one and 4 queens for the other easy $28! and we won two games with only two of us playing tonight.

Week 14 sat out to heal up.


week 15 started out with a new ball the Motiv Venom Recoil I also dropped to 14 pounds on it too.

The last several weeks have been bad, I hurt my arm (I believe it's called brachioradialis pain). every time I tried throwing the ball as soon as I started my swing I'd feel that muscle hurt. I should have sat out week and let it heal up, but every week it would feel like I could bowl, so of course I tried and it start hurting again.

week 14 I felt better again but I sat it out anyway, back on week 15 felt way better, plus I wore a compression sleeve and a new tennis elbow strap. Arm was way better quit hurting.

Also dropped ball weight to 14 pounds
