So apparently O'Neill texted Brad & Kyle and said he is either dropping to 14lb next year or going 2 handed. Not sure if that was a joke or if he was serious

Was definitely joking/not serious. I think he actually tweeted (or instagrammed/Facebook) a poll asking followers which of the two changes he should make. Also, it was done in the middle of the Masters so just one of those "I'm done with this stuff" messages.
