Isn't she small to be throwing a 16lb. ball? I was watching her the last time she was on tv and when she bowls she gets down so low that it looks like her ball might scrape on the floor.

How about a blast from the past? Kim Adler.

What was that other Columbian bowler's name that was in the mall thing? Sara something? I thought she was attractive. I also thought it odd that Columbians were throwing Storm.

I have a theory on that, but I'd like to actually speak with her about it first. Missy can amp up the speed quite a bit. Watched her shoot a 300 in a pro/am gunning the twig. I was impressed.

Here's about 11 of my favorite female bowlers.....

I'd say the front three are my favorites, but tell you the truth, I think some of the ones in the back have a lot of potential....

Seriously, I don't watch bowling on tv, or anything like that. I just enjoy bowling myself. Kind of like golf (although I SOMETIMES watch golf on tv, especially if it's a major like The Masters), it's much more fun to play than watch.

If I had to put a team together it would be Wendy McPherson, Carolyn Dorin- Ballard, Liz Johnson, Kim Terrell-Kearney and Michelle Feldman. They all are great bowlers.

I saw a bumper sticker today that had the same pattern as Wendy's jersey. I didn't know before that it was for autism awareness.

I dont know how anyone else watches match play online during the pro tournaments . But if you did , did you see jen petrick . she made the womens series this year and finished 5th in points for the year . PLUS, I've known her since she was about 6. So I'm a little biased . lol.

I'll admit to being a little biased towards Miss Bellinder. It's natural to go with what you know.

Shannon Pluhowski is also a phenomenal talent. She throws the ball as well as anyone out there. I've had the good fortune of meeting her, competing against her, and getting to know her father, who is pretty incredible also. Until a couple of years ago, I thought of Shannon as a collegiate bowler. Watching the NCAA championship match, I realized Shannon is a huge step beyond them in terms of both talent and experience. That's not to ditch on the NCAA bowlers - those girls can certainly bowl well. They're just not in the same league, so to speak. Her win at the Queens a few years ago is evidence enough.

Wendy McPherson, Carolyn Dorin- Ballard, Liz Johnson, Kim Terrell-Kearney and Michelle Feldman

Those ladies are all very talented. Mrs. Dorin-Ballard is as nice as they come. I was lucky to meet her at one of the national PBA stops a few years back. Despite being sick, she took the time to stop and say hello and briefly discuss the tournament (Del was in the final 8).

I'd love to meet Michelle Feldman. I've heard that she's an absolute cut-up and you can kind of tell if you watch her off the lanes. Great bowlers are fun to be around. Great bowlers with a great sense of humor are a true treasure. Michael Haugen, great example. Anyone know Michelle?

Fifteen pounds of plastic and room for 3 fingers.

That reminds me of a couple of "sorority girl" jokes from way back when ....

After watching the Queens finals yesterday, I am going with Kelly Kulick. She definitely has a great style and pure backswing. I can see why she has been competitive against the guys in their tournaments.

Nation and Bellinder. Knowing of course they are extremely cute. Ive "spoken" to Missy via email on a couple of occassions and she is the sweetest person. They both are great bowlers. Missy does have a unique, "40 yard dash" look to her approach.
I was impressed with Rebecca Dier against Chris Barnes. She was a machine. Steady, simple, sound, i was very impressed.
