Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon," Zappa and the Mothers "Freak Out," and Thomas Dolby's "Aliens Ate My Buick." 2 of the 3 I have on vinyl and CD.

I like how you said "can you" name them...I honestly cannot!

I am a true music lover though, there is hardly one genre that I like more than any other, I would be best off listing my favorite musicians, so I will do that...

1. Pink Floyd
2. O.A.R.
3. Johnny Cash

I could go on for a while with this, but 3 must do. I chose these musicians because no matter my mood they seem to hit the right chord and I can't say I've ever changed the station or track when they are playing...just awesome music

Not too shabby. We don't have that Buffet but we have "Songs You Know By Heart." And we're fairly close to the Conch Republic. Did you hear about the summer renaming of Dolphin Stadium?

Wow. Only three? I don't think I can do that. Here's a quick list...

Cocteau Twins, Dead Can Dance, Flaming Lips, Goldfrapp, Innocence Mission, Kate Bush, Lloyd Cole, Loreena McKennitt, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Public Image Ltd., Shriekback, Sparks, Swing Out Sister, Talk Talk, The The, Thomas Dolby, Throwing Muses, and XTC.

This is what's on my jukebox Mac right now, only mentioning artists of whom I have at least 5 CDs. This doesn't take into account anything symphonic (been listening to a lot of Samuel Barber lately) and artists who only have a few records (like Cranes or Arcade Fire or Violet Indiana).

Now of the lot, if I had to pick one that's really endured, it would be the Great Kate.
