Has anyone heard where you can download the specs for the Red, White, and Blue patterns?

Has anyone heard where you can download the specs for the Red, White, and Blue patterns?

When they make them available I would think at bowl.com. But since they are in development for tournament use in spring 2010 and for the fall 2010 league season. I doubt they have them out yet.
