BRAD ANGELO OVERVIEW
There may never have been a better player who had never won a PBA title than Brad Angelo. Angelo once led the PBA Tour point list for an entire season without the help of a title, no small feat. But heading into last season, Angelo had yet to win that elusive first title and was clearly the most accomplished player on Tour without a victory. After contemplating retirement prior to the season, Angelo decided to give it a go and won very impressively at the Pepsi Viper Championship. He followed that up with several other good finishes to put his name in the early running for PBA Player of the Year, only to hit a mid season rough patch before finishing with a near miss to the telecast (just off the show in 6th place) at the season-ending U.S. Open.

“JASON’S TV RECAP UNCENSORED” WSOB PREDICTION
Without knowing if Angelo is still contemplating retirement heading into this season, it’s hard to make a prediction for how well he’ll do at the World Series. If he’s motivated, he could be a major force because he’s complemented his consistent ability to make shows with some TV experience and confidence that he’s capable of winning on TV. If he gets off to a good start like he did last season, the long break between first and second halves could give him more time to gear up for the second half, where he largely struggled last season. The reduced travel and time away from family should also help Angelo, who is a dedicated family man to his wife and two children.
