What is the lowest game you ever bowled in a League?

Ok some of us never bowl under 100, some of us have a 100 average. So without making fun of anyone, let us know what is the Lowest league game you have ever bowled and your average at the time you bowled it.

72 game with a 192 average

Hello everyone, I am new to bowlingboards.com and this is my first post. I am embarrassed to say that I bowled a 137 with a 227 avg. a couple of years ago. I left 4 splits and flagged two single pins while amassing exactly 0 strikes. Some days you have it and other days, well not so much!

a month ago just after reaching 200 average and feeling great i pop 148-158-172 for a 478 series:( splits/single /double pin spares dropped you name it i did it all wrong half way through the 3rd i had used all my bowling balls everyline i could think of i even went with the grip and rip 22 mph ball nothing worked. wanted to cry,but next week i popped a 667 and salvaged a little pride back. it happens ,its a long season and im still having fun so thats what matters!

3 Straight 120-125 league games (180 avg) after a 5 hour long squadron tournament. I don't recommend bowling with noodle arm.

I just shot a 300 something series at a tournament. Worst game was 119. It was ridiculous. IF I decide to go to this same tournament next year....I'm getting out my plastic ball and throwing straight at the pocket.

I swear they oiled to favor people with a straight ball....all of us with our big hooks were getting SCREWED!

124+- a couple in a 9 pin no tap pro-am,,,146 avg. I was so nervous and the 2nd frame the ball fell out of my hand behind my leg in the downswing and rolled at 2mph into the gutter then allll the way down. It sucked.

My first week of youth, I bowled a 117...killed my average. Both a 159, 149, 117. Luckily my scores kept my teams head above water. Missed my second week due to a prior engagement, so hopefully, tomorrow, I'll kick some ***. I frown upon my 62 handicap though. I'm hoping to drop it at least 30-40 points by the end of the season. I'm shooting for atleast a180 average this year. Currently down at 138, wish me luck.

I never rolled a league until I was bowling around a 190 average, and I'm a very consistent bowler so my low isn't so embarrassing, but it was a 140. I rolled a 100 in a tourney one time, but I pulled a muscle in my back and should have never rolled a ball at all.

I think it was in the 60's? it was the last game of the night, no one on the team could get a mark it seemed like. I left like 2-3 splits in a row, got annoyed and just started firing a house ball down the lane not even aiming

42, yeah I said it, 42. That was an improvment from the 32 had in practice. It was 16 years ago, I had a 120 average, bowling straight. Then I learned to hook it, and the lack of control of said hook was what netted me those dismal games. After those growing pains, I got better. Even got an award for being most imroved.

Had a bad break that game, I lost my confidence when I saw the other team was beating us..
My teammate didn't show up so we lost.. If he would of been there we would of won. I usually bowl a 120~180 but, if my partner would of bowled a 120 he has 75 pin handicap, yeah, you could tell the results.

Not my lowest score, since my first of bowling I averaged 104, but my most embarrassing low score was after I was averaging 200+ I had a night to forget. I had a total of 300 for the first two games, then shot 100 exactly. The desk guy got on the PA system and announced the 100 game, and 400 series, then he pushed the dagger in a bit deeper with the comment, "and those scores are WITH handicap".
I had 0 handicap.

When I first started to get back into bowling last year after a 11 year break, I bowled an 86, 98, and 104 during league play. I kept telling everyone that I know I'm better than this. Now with the right ball I have not had those scores again.

98 last week off of a 188 average because of my knee pains it
was so intense I almost couldn't get up to the foul line at times.

I can't remember any specific terrible games but I'm sure I've had a 90 something game at some point. Last season I had my lowest series since I started taking bowling seriously....a 420.....and that was the same week I bowled a 679 in practice :o

The scariest part is she has bowled a total of 6 games the past 4 years before this summer league. I think she is just bowling way above her normal capabilities the past few months. Since we started in May she has rolled five 800 series and missed the house record by a 7-10 split.

She quit the bowling team shortly after starting college because it was too competitive instead of being fun. The coach asked me to talk her out of it as she was leading the team in average and spare conversion percentage. This is the first she has bowled since then. One ball, all adjustments to compensate. She didn't even throw any practice yesterday either. I've been trying to talk her into doing some tournaments this year.

I've never failed to break 100 in league, but in one series 2 seasons ago, I had to strike out in the 10th to be able to keep saying that. One game, I struck out for a 103 and the next game, I struck out for a 107. My last game that day was a 229. Go figure lol. I can't remember what my average was that particular week, but I ended that season with a 184 average and that was toward the end of the year so it was somewhere close to that at the time.
