A newbie's all time high!

It may not be impressive for most of you but I just bowled my all time high of 171! Wooohoo! I'm new to bowling and I just purchased my future spare ball, a Roto Grip Golden Globe. I had my first finger tip drill with a much heavier ball of 14 lbs. The weight was not an issue at all and the ball went pretty much where I threw it. I still suck but I found so much of an improvement with this ball. I'm saving to buy the Roto Grip Mars ball, we'll see how that goes. :o

Great! And you did it with the spare ball... You ought to have a good showing when you get your "STRIKE" ball! :D Keep up the good work. Sounds like you're making headway.

I still remember my high game from when I was throwing it completely straight with houseballs
183, and I had a 5-bagger in the middle of it

171 is impressive for a new bowler. I got my ears wet 2 months ago and if you keep practicing you will get higher scores. GJ :)

You sound just like me. Been bowling for a VERY short time, and I got all giddy with excitement when I bowled a 180. It's always a good feeling when you set a new high. Haha. Keep up the work my friend.
