I saw this a few days ago at one of the local houses. It was a six-ball carrier wheeled in by a Men's League player. Just curious why a bowler would carry 6 balls to local league play. Is this not unusual?

Basically yes it's not the norm most places, but there are a few around who do.

I had one I brought to league (Called the Macho Mule). Held Two oil balls, Two for mediums and one dry and one spare ball. Mine was all the same color.

It was more for going to tournaments, but I brought it to league anyway. I now use a four ball carrier (the Donkee Pro #4) after the Mules cases broke over time.

The top case for this has since gone and was replaced with a small storm bag.

Ok, I guess I hadn't been paying too close attention to the ball carriers for a while. Looks like a nice investment of equipment there.
