I have been to an orthopedic specialist a couple of times about wrist pain.

Obviously the correct answer is to not bowl until it's healed, but how can I do that? Luckily only 5 weeks left.

My wrist feels as if I push on the right side of it, kind of up towards the thumb, I can feel it pop a little and the pain may dissipate for a few minutes.

Just wondering if anyone else experiences something similar.

I've experienced some of the same problems, John. There are several things that can cause wrist pain such as excessive squeezing, too much cupping of the wrist... but not having seen you bowl I won't go into that too much. I would definitely say that if you aren't using some sort of wrist support, you definitely should. There are several different types you can choose from, and all should give you some relief from your pain!
