Hello everyone.

I am looking to see if we can pull some info together.

I am wondering where you think I can attract more members for here?

I am working with the Bowlers Journal magazine, I am not sure if you think people would notice an ad in there or not, but where else?

I thought about talking to people on the PBA site, yet that site is why a lot of people don't come to other bowling sites based on how they are treated there.

I would try on the Bowl.com site, yet I am not a member.

So I am looking for your thoughts please.

Chris

Thank you for all of your help. I think here in a month or so I we will look into doing Google and Yahoo ads. They get pricey, but if it brings in good people.

Are you having success attracting new members? Where are you finding that most of your new members are coming from? I like the layout of your forum and the many choices you offer. Keep up the great work!

I think content is king and if you can keep your forum active with new members and post, traiffic and hence advertising revenue will flow in naturally. In the short term, perhaps you can do some SEO marketing to improve your PR and SERP.

Thank you very much. We will be adding some great features within the next few months. It takes time to work out bugs and test before we go live with things.

We want members here so we can talk about what we love, bowling. And as the site grows and we get noticed more, I hope to get advertisers so we can open our Sponsor a Bowler section where we will be giving our advertising dollars to help the bowling community. So say a bowler cannot afford a first ball or bag, we will help them.

It will be a small part, yet I believe in helping the bowling communities around the U.S.A.
