I have been bowling regionals for a couple of years now, and I'm at the point where I want to start doing more of them. The problem is, it's difficult to keep getting those Friday's off of work, so I'm having to drive to them after work on Friday, or as I'm doing this coming weekend, driving out Saturday morning (I have B squad). My question is how much value do you put in the practice sesion offered on Fridays? I know how most of the patterns play now, and they almost never break down the same way in qualifying as they did in the practice session for obvious reasons, so is it mostly to see how different equipment reacts in that center on that pattern, or are there other reasons it's important that I have skipped over? Thanks everyone.
