Kim Yioulos, a junior at Pikeville College (Pikeville, Ky.) and a member of Junior Team USA has been named the recipient of the 2010 Billy Welu Scholarship by the PBA. The $1000 scholarship recognizes exemplary qualities in college students who compete in the sport of bowling.
