I always thought of bowling as a form of passive exercise, but then I found out that you can burn 204 calories with a good game of bowling.

So much more than doing house chores or going for a walk or run on the treadmill, plus bowling is so much more fun especially when you go with friends. Now I just need to skip the cheese fries :)
