I was wondering if anyone had any good ways to prevent blisters on your thumb?
When I bowl, I tend to do about 6 games straight, one after another, and I have started to get a blister on my thumb, right about where the thumb connects with the hand. Today, I bowled six games, and the skin on my thumb just kinda peeled away, and started bleeding. Now its kinda raw, and I need to let it heal. Is there any way to prevent this? Or is this normal, and it will go away eventually?
