I got between $3.39 - $3.50 in Phoenix...not bad considering what's going on. Everyone need gas...at least for now.

I know Chicago has extra gas taxes, being from there. I used to go outside the city to buy.
It seems most of you others are getting off cheaper. We just paid $3.719 in the Clearwater area to get back home, and it's $3.749 locally. Mind you also this is for the 10% ethanol "blend" too, we can't get "whole" gas here. Kind of like skim milk for cars.

It's from $3.39 to $3.79 a gallon for unleaded. After last week's "little" storm, it was $4.59 to $5.09 but that only lasted for a day. Glad that other places are comparable to Houston, which is a good thing or a bad thing seeing that gas only gets trucked in for a max. of 45 miles from the refinery.
Yeah, the County I live in add's a little surcharge tax to gas sales for emissions plus the state wants it's share too. Getting it from both ends, and neither give me a kiss before they do it.

We are paying about 3.50 for unleaded, but diesel is what is weird. In a town about 30 minutes away, diesel is .50 cents cheaper a gallon than living in the city. I am not sure why, even the gas stations have to get the diesel to them which is further away, yet it is so much cheaper?
