The site listed by kingpin is out of date so I figured I'd throw a couple up that may be helpful.

For SW WA I have a few links and some info for alleys and pro shops.

Crosley
This is where I typically bowl, the pro shop is very knowledgeable and ran by PBA tour hall of famer Ernie Schlegel

Big Al's
I wouldn't recommend going here outside of weekdays due to the amount of kids and limited availability of lanes, as well as the fact that the huge tv's on the masking unit create an awful glare on the lanes so you can't even see the arrows on the lanes. they don't have a pro shop. Besides that, the url says "I love bi gals" 😂

Hazel dell lanes
The I haven't been here in a long time just because it's a little further away from me but I've heard the pro shop is pretty decent and they have a good selection (I'd still rather buy from bowlingball.com) and they have good coaching classes and coaching leagues as well from what I'm told.

Tiger bowl
This is where I bowled my first league and even bowled here for gym class in high school. Last time I bowled here was over 15 years ago and they still had the original wood lanes from the 50's, it's since been upgraded to synthetics. I've heard one person say that their pro shop is pretty good but online it looked a little spendy compared to Crosley.

Even if this only helps one person it was worth the time.
