Pba.com gets new look to celebrate 50th Anniversary

SEATTLE (October 1, 2008) — The PBA’s 50th Anniversary celebration now has extended to its Web site, pba.com, which has undergone a redesign that launches today.

Users will notice visual changes like 50th Anniversary logos and a cleaner, more user-friendly look. New features on the home page include a photo gallery, an “In the News” section which will feature links to articles written about the PBA from throughout the country, and soon there will be a fantasy bowling section.

“Our 50th Anniversary season has inspired many exciting innovations to the way we do business at the PBA, not the least of which is the launch of our redesigned Web site,” said PBA Commissioner and CEO Fred Schreyer. “Our new Web site provides our fans with a fun place to visit and added enjoyment as they follow the fortunes of the PBA and their favorite bowlers.”
