Thought it would be fun to see some things that we've accomplished here on the site and also what we'd like to accomplish most in the future.

For me, my biggest and most proud accomplishment is winning 4 state championships as a high school coach for DeLand High in Florida. I loved coaching those kids. They were willing to learn and wanted to succeed. I'd say they did.

My biggest goal would be to shoot 800, something I've never done sanctioned.

One bowling accomplishment that I will always remember is the male bowler of the year award in the Junior division when I was a youth bowler. I actually still have that trophy.

268 is my high game and 699 is my high series in league play. Goal is a 300 and 700 and then 800 santioned.

I think my best accomplishment is shooting a 700 series at Nationals in Las Vegas during team event. I shot the front 10 on the third game to do it. It meant a lot to me to have such a good showing on such a big stage! It really was the turning point of my bowling game, where I realized that I had it in me to be better than just good.
My biggest goal is to take the plunge into tournament bowling. I bowl one here and there, but I would like to bowl one a month or so. Unfortunately, I don't know if I have the time right now. I am planning to get into it starting in 2012 season.

My best game, though not quite my highest score, is a 278 from earlier this season where I had the front nine.
My current goals are:
To go three full games without an open
To get my sport average into the 180's
To get my regular average over 200

I think my greatest bowling accomplishment would have to be either when I bowled a 181 game or when I got my first 400 series. And my biggest goal is to FINALLY bowl a 200 game, which I have yet to do.

My greatest accomplishment was bowling two 700's in one month this year, on two different leagues with a high game of 288. Of corse that was before foot surgery. My goal is to bowl a 300 without any lucky shots, each shot being a good pocket strike. Probably never happen, but it would be nice. But don't get me wrong, I'll take any 300 that happens to come my way since it would be my first.

P.S. Anni don't worry about the 200 'cause it will happen when you least expect it.

Accomplishment was my first 700 ever that happened to be sanctioned. 738.

Goal would be 300 then 800 and have a regular 200+ avg.

My biggest accomplishment was opening with 7 straight and rolling a 255 game. I am just getting started in league play now but hope to be a 180+ average bowler by the end of this first league. About 150 bowler now.

My biggest was probably my first 300 game.

My current goal is an 800 and a 200 sport avg.

I hit a 627 series last year in league my average at the time was 128. Next goal is a 700 other than a 9 pin tourny, and of course everyones goal of 300.

my graetest accomplishment would have to be the 10 strikes that I had in one game. Shot a 233, opened in the fourth and in the ninth i believe.

my goal now is to focus more on picking up spares so I can watch my score and my average grow

I'd have to say my greatest accomplishment(s) are actually part of group accomplishments. Finishing in the top 10 as a team in the Pennsylvania open State youth championships in 2006 I believe it was and finishing 20th as team in Pennsylvania Open State Tournament this past year.

My goals are to be able to hold a 185-190 average and shoot a 700 series.

Mine is hitting a 300 again this season, finally getting a 800 series and hopefully pushing my average up to the 210 mark, oh and winning the doubles league with the wife as we finished 2nd last year :)

Just getting back into the sport after a long time away. In the process of upgrading my equipment. I'm averaging in the mid 120's so far with one game at 190 and few south oh 100.

Immediate goal is a clean game, 200+ game and a 600 series. Would love to get my average to 175 with in the year.

Doesn't matter how well I do cause the quality time with my wife and son is better than success in bowling.

Thanks. Still getting used to my new Storm Tropical Heat ball and finger tip grip. Having a hard time throwing it far enough out to the right. The channel is in my head and I hold on and yank it left. Bowled 111, 132 & 128 today.

Did get to see my son bowl his highest 2 games and series though. 142, 108 & 101 for a 351 in practice with me and a 107, 70 and 123 for a 300 in pre-bowl session for his youth league.

biggest accomplishment would probably be getting my ball to hook the way I want. I had so much trouble in the beginning with that. Biggest goal would be to get a 700 series scratch!

I used to be casually into bowling about 4 years ago and just suddenly stopped, average at the time was about 120. I just got back into bowling in July and have been going about 3 times/week since then. I bowled my highest game ever (at the time) in July on my first trip to the bowling alley in 4 years, and averaged about a 120 that day. Since then, my average has gone up to about 140. I got my first bowling ball in Saturday morning, had it drilled Saturday afternoon, and last night bowled my highest game ever: 189! Since July, I hadn't been able to hit 169, but in the last four weeks, I've beaten it 3 times.

I guess last night's 189 would be my greatest accomplishment, even though I had 2 open frames. In my previous high of 176, I picked up a 6,7 split and only left one frame open (10th).

Goals:
200 game
Bowl a game without leaving an open frame
Learn to throw a hook

Greatest accomplishment would have to be having finally rolled a clean game. My goal now is to keep trying to roll clean games so i will have my chance at a 600 and maybe get my average up to a 180

My biggest accomplishment so far happened last night. I bowled my personal best at 197. Goals would be to break the 200 mark, bowl a clean game, and eventually develop a hook.

Accomplished one of my goals tonight (twice). Bowled a 206 and 200, consecutively!!!

I had one game (in my league game Friday night) where I had spares through all ten frames, but didn't get a strike on my last roll. Does that still qualify as having a clean game? I've heard debate either way. Had a 176 in that game.

Keep in mind, I've only been bowling for 4 months now.

Yes, that is still considered a clean game. You made a mark in that frame, so that means you marked in every frame. Congrats!

Yes as the mayor said it was a clean game. Now if you had led with a strike in the tenth you would have had to either strike on the next ball or convert the leave to stay clean under the rules in the sport league that I bowl in. We actually get bonus points for clean games.

I want to be the first person to bowl a handicap series of over 1000! It requires about A 160 average and the ability to bowl a 900 with it. . . . . . . someday
