The App is called Strike Out Bowling, its 4.99$ in the Android store.

Its a great little app that allows you to plug in your scores frame by frame. The option is available to change from putting in numbers to putting in which pins you knock down. I like it because it allows me to see what I'm leaving consistently after my first roll and how often I can pick up different leaves.

Heres what a print out looks like of my bowling today. Don't laugh at my average and percentages. :(

I use scorekeeper which is a free app (IIRC) and track my pins manually. Paper + a pen + a free app = a lot cheaper. Yes, I'm very stingy with my money. :D

That's cool! When that spare percentage goes up, your average goes up. Especially the single pin spare percentage. Also, the first roll average is very important. If you get that up around 9, you know you're very consistent and throwing good shots almost every time.
