wrist support sizing?

i'm looking to order a new wrist support but don't my size. i'm 6' 180 lbs. would i order a medium or large? some of them are med/lrg so maybe order either size? there is no size id on my old one.

Im about the same height/weight as u and I use an X-large in robbys brand

I'm 145 lbs and 5'7. I use a size medium with the storm gizmo. I'd definitely go with a large, or maybe even an x-large if they carry it.
