Whether it's a short drive or a long one, whatever it takes, we need to bowl!! How far do you drive to bowl, and how many minutes does it take you to get there?

Trex, when the Mayor hits the lotto, you can hit him up for a $500,000 loan and build a 2-laner in your basement!!!

Less than 1/4 mile. I can and have walked there carrying two bags with a total of three balls.

The local bowling centers are sub par so I drive about 60 miles one way to bowl. Since I got my new ball, I dont get to bowl as much as I like because of the quality of the lanes here. Plus I get much better pro shop support there in the place I travel to.

Mom, you know we love this game! :)

I was driving 50 miles, but I was ask to bowl in a league closer to home, so I quit the 50 mile league!! :)

Now I can save a whole lot of gas!!! :)

The alley that I bowl on takes about 5 minutes to get there with no traffic. When I leave during traffic hours, it takes 20-30 minutes

And I always thought saying how long it takes to drive somewhere was a New England thing.

Although there are a few houses closer to me, I drive 30+ miles to bowl. Carolier which hosts the US Open is about half the distance from me. Whenever I can find a new job, I'll probably join a league there as well.

You know HunterRunsIt has it made. 10 min bike ride, tunes on the way and from opening till 5 weekdays, $1.00 a game.
And It is a nice set of lanes.

I have 15 miles one way to a much less quality lane, that cost a lot more. When I go to his house, it is 70 miles round trip.

I don't think HunterRunsIt will be peddling it much longer though. Maybe till January.:p;) Drive safe, the life you save may be mine!:p

Thankfully just 15 mins (about 8 miles) for league play. Being Maine though and pretty rural traveling away from the local center can really start to add the miles up.

The centers I go to are between 3 and 5 miles. so usually 15 or 20 minutes.
