Most agree that your quarterback determines how far your favorite NFL team will go...what would you say is the next most important position on the team, and why?

Well, it all depends what kind of offense and defense you run. I would say, in general, Left Tackle to protect your QB's blindside is extremely important. In a 3-4 defense, nose tackle is the most important. Safety is always very important as they are kind of the QB of the defense. In 4-3, MLB is very important.

Most underrated position: tight end

Used to be running back, but the NFL is really a passing league now, plus running backs shelf life is getting shorter and shorter. I would say a great cover corner is 2nd most important position in the NFL. These guys are as rare as hen's teeth, but when you get one, you have a great chance of going far in the playoffs, every year.

Call it the Al Davis rule: always a few exceptions to every truism! And by the way, who in the world besides you and his mom know how to spell that guy's name!!

Very true. Also, don't forget the long snapper. The greatest job in all of mankind (with the exception of maybe Anthony Bourdain's)!

Yeah, long snapper. A guy who gets hit in the head by 320 pound men on every play he's in, and nobody knows who he is except when he messes up.....my kind of job!

What would you do to me if I said something bad about a certain number 22 draft pick from the University of Pittsburgh, who sells cars and talks football for a living now?

The Mayor

Well, your man card would be taken away and any room you are ever in, if there's a TV, it won't turn to football. You will be banned from ever watching the greatest sport for speaking about the Johannes Gutenberg of football in a bad manner.

1. My man card is irrevocable;
2. It is against the law to own a tv that won't turn to football;
