I know it can be very difficult to recommend a bowling ball for a bowler without seeing their style, but I am looking to buy a new ball for my dad as a birthday present and am not sure what he needs as I it seems most companies don't feel how early a ball breaks to be a critical decision factor.
What I'm looking for is a ball that has an early break point and a skid/snap break style. My dad has more of an up and in bowling style instead of crossing the center of the lane and is looking for a heavy oil ball. What I have looked at so far are:
Brunswick - Lethal Revolver
Brunswick - Evil Seige
Brunswick - Wicked Siege
Motiv - Raptor P7
RotoGrip - Critical Theory
Storm - Reign of Fire
Best as I can figure these are early breaking balls with a good backend and hard drive. If others could give me a little more info or some other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
