Locked and Loaded

Well I just helped out with a lock-in at the bowling center I work at and bowled about 8 hrs straight! I got mad blisters! Does anyone know how to gid rid of these nightmares quick? I've got a tournament tuesday!:(

Just leave them alone! No picking or anything like that. And definitely don't think about bowling until Tuesday :)
