Hi! I'm new to the boards and thought I'd drop in and Introduce myself. My name is Scott, I'm from Little Rock and started bowling in a league for the first time this year so I'm learning things daily. Looking forward to asking for some tips and reading about the newest balls and the reviews submitted here. I'm thinking of purchasing a Storm Frantic (15lbs.) to increase my Storm collection. I really like Storm products and I'm looking forward to chatting with others who have like interests. Peace everyone and thanks!

I am fairly new to bowling and started in a league not too long ago also. Your avatar is the strike ball I am trying to learn to use right now. As a matter of fact, my winter league starts tomorrow.

This is a great place to get questions answered and learn from the other bowlers.

I have not used the chat section so I can't help you there.

Thanks tumblebug.....I love my Storm Reign ball. Unfortunately it's got a about an 1/2" gash in it from a ball return incident. I'm tired of all my buddies saying, "When you going to get another ball?" I talked to the pro shop guy and he said it could be fixed but there wasn't really any need because it wasn't in my line.

Halfway through our Winter League here and I'm already looking forward to the Summer League!

The chat is simply a place to shove brief messages that you want everyone to see and that wouldn't maybe make a good forum post in their own right. Currently we seem to get general thanks, forum issues, get well messages etc in it.

Thanks...yeah when I first joined there was no where to enter a chat message, maybe a maintenance issue or something. The chat function seems to be online for me now, so it's all good :)

I think you have to have a certain number of posts for the chat box to appear. Or it used to be that way, at least. Congrats on winning the ball! The timing is excellent!

Thanks! The chat's working properly for me now, and yeah nice start to a new year. I join up with this site and read a lot of great posts and comments about the thing I'm most into right now, and Waala I win a Pro quality bowling ball. Awesome.
