Something I'm obviously going to discuss with my driller but I thought I'd also put it out here as there are some very experienced peeps kicking around.

The Nexus Pearl...drilling suggestions welcome.

My style...medium revs and a medium to fast speed (so I don't hook quite as much as I'd like but don't do too badly). I haven't a video or exact stats to hand although it's something I'll work on getting now my style/form has finally settled down a little.

What I'm looking for...something different from my current two balls.

They're both sanded (original taboo and mania) so by default it'll be different. The current balls hook early and are drilled to be as strong as possible. This means they don't tend to react quickly when they hit the dry, having already started the arc and lost a little energy.

So with this ball I'm looking for something that'll store its energy through the oil the turn as much as possible and as quickly as possible (so probably strongish skid-flip behavior).

So suggestions on a drilling layout for something that'll go long but react strongly once it leaves the oil welcome.

Thanks - that seemed the most obvious to me but thought I'd ask in case I was missing something or getting confused (happens a lot to me in life generally) :)
