Hi all,

just wanted to introduce myself, I have been laid off from bowling for about 3 years and getting back into the sport that I loved. Im currently getting setup for a mixed couples league in the fall and starting to get back into it. still using 16lb Ebonite THE ONE and 16lb Hammer Widow Pearl. Its differently starting rough, trying to get my form back.

Welcome to the forums, yes it is hard to get back into form sometimes
especially if you've been out of bowling for any length of time. I know
from personal experience how hard it is to get back to where you were
before taking time off from your game. I had to take 12 years off from
bowling because of back problems and just this season I'm getting back
into it and it is hard to do it like I used to.

Welcome Mike, I took off a week of bowling for the Medallion hunt (i'm from the twin cities too) and I was raking within 10 feet of it the day before it was found :mad:
