I just recently picked up bowling as a way to spend more time with my friends who bowl religiously. I've bowled before and wasn't horrible, but my friends were leagues ahead of me. I stumbled upon this guide that I'm going to share with you, that has really made me a much more fundamentally sound bowler in multiple aspects of my game. Also, if you are an experienced bowler, after sharing this guide with my friends they also improved their game quite a bit. It is not a free guide, it does cost money, and I had absolutely no part in writing it, nor do I know the author, but it absolutely works. It is a $27 e-book, which I know to some is not worth it at all, but I personally had the money and it is definitely worth looking in to if you do.
