626 Series (261 Game)

Hi All,

I'm 25 and I used to bowl a lot when I was younger. I have recently started doing it more and forgot how much I love it! About four weeks ago, I got a few balls drilled. A Brunswick Loaded Revolver and a Pyramid Path (spare ball). That same night I went out and shot a 226. What a difference using your own ball makes! A few nights ago, I also purchased a used Hammer Vibe and got it drilled.

Tonight, I bowled in my first league since I was on YABA. I bowled a 189, 176, and 261 for a 626 series. I am 25, but this was still MY FIRST night on a league in a VERY long time. For the first two games, I used the Hammer Grape Vibe and for the final game the Brunswick Loaded Revolver. Maybe I should have been throwing the revolver all along!

I am still fairly new back to the world of bowling and look forward to learning from everyone here! :cool:

Hi Thomas and welcome! Great to have another bowler back to bowling. Yes having your own balls does make a difference. Your off to a good start with the 626! Keep at it.

That's really good! Keep going, if you start at 626 just think how good you'll be at the end of the league, when you're back in 'proper' form!

Awesome! I just threw my first 600 in Feb 2012 then hit it 2 more then my first 700. I'm an old man though (36), got a late start, wish I would've picked it up earlier. Now I can't wait for Monday nights! Keep it up!
