Hi Bowling Boards,

I recently switched from 13LB to 14LB, and i would like to build up my Arsenal again. The ball i purchased is a 14LB storm crossroad. I am very happy with the purchase and threw a 202 229 248 right out of the box. The Carry and the strength seems much better than my older 13LB balls.

I am at medium-slow speed player with a 250rpm rev. ~180 THS average.
Bowl regularly in a medium-light THS league, a Medium-heavy THS lane.

I am looking for suggestions on 1-2 more balls thats i should carry in my 3 balls roller ( 2 + 1 joey ).
I have my eyes on the new Storm Vivid, but i am open for all other suggestion.

Also, should i continue to use my 11LB T-zone as spare , or should i use same weight for spare?

OLD Arsenal:
11LB Brunswick T-zone
13LB Brunswick Slingshot
13LB Brunswick Karma Solid

NEW Arsenal:
14Lb Storm Crossroad
???
???

Thank You

I would suggest that you add a Virtual Gravity Nano, and then maybe a Marvel Pearl. You definitely want your spare ball to be the same weight as your strike balls, a couple good ones are the Columbia 300 White Dot and the Hammer Taboo Spare.

well you seen to use to throw brunswick soo you should get the brunswick nexus balls or if you want to switch then go with storm or rotogrip balls like the critical theory or just like stealth sead the virtual gravity nano or modern marvels all good balls.

me i like dv8 balls and columbia300 and track but a good tack ball to get is a 716T or the 508A there lots of good balls talk to you proshop guy near you too see you bowl too help you pick some out

I would definitely recommend the Vivid to compliment the Crossroad. I would also recommend something a little weaker for when the lanes dry up. The Tropical Breeze line is awesome. The Kona Blue/Silver Pearl version would be awesome. And as stealth said, you never want to switch between weights, so your spare ball should be the same weight. You can throw your timing off and it's easier to be accurate with a heavier ball.

i found out by talking to my proshop guy he wants me to get one its called the c300 omen its a great ball after he told me i sead to him i will watch some videos on it and see how the ball is and it looks gretas nice carry and a nice smooth backend on it,

soo im thinking this ball would go good with your crossroad and also with a vivid cause u should get 2 mid performace balls and 1 high cause with the high u cna burn down the oil abit and when tis burned down enoph u can use your 2 mid performance balls and see which one will work best
