How to add avatar?

How do you add a picture in the box on the right?

Look at the menus above, click on forum actions, then click on edit profile.

Your on the edit profile page now.
Look at the left side under My settings, click on on edit avatar. This will take you to the edit avatar section, here it will show you the options for adding a avatar picture.
