Have fun and don't put too much pressure on yourself. Focus on spares and making new friends. It will be great!

Enjoy the high's, learn from the low's. Meet as many people as you can and have fun! Good Luck!!

Treat it as a Monday night of fun bowling with the family. No pressure just a night for fun and you will do better than you think. I bowl my best when I place no expectations on my performance. And best of all you will meet people who are willing and able to improve your game and the knowledge of what goes into bowling.

Have good fun!!

Relax and enjoy it. It's fun. :) Don't stress out about performance. You just try your best each shot and celebrate the good ones and acknowledge the bad ones.

I'm about to finish my first stint in a league and it's been great. I came into it with pretty much no bowling experience and have learned quite a bit. Only advice I can give is to just be friendly to everyone and have fun even though it's a competition.

Have fun, it's supposed to be fun....always remember that. When you're loose and enjoying yourself, you'll be better at it. Ask questions, pay attention, and try to be a good team mate, that's about all I'd tell anyone to do.

I am pretty excited. My one big goal besides getting better and more consistent is to not embarrass myself too bad.

Well when you get to the PBA tour and roll a 100 and another bowler rolling the ball into the gutter in front of a ten pin to lose a major championship, then and ONLY then do you need to worry about embarassment!

I did much better than I could have even dreamed. Up till today my high game was in the upper 140's. Tonight I had a 175 179 and a 127 for a 481 series. That was my 2 highest games ever, now I just need to keep it up.
